Lessons:

• ANTICIPATING A MOVE IS OK, BUT YOU NEED SOME SORT OF CONFIRMATION - VOLUME FOR INSTANCE (RE BUYING $AVTC $MDBX FOR NO GOOD REASON)
• WITH THESE MONSTER MOVERS $CBIS $HEMP - SHORT ON STRENGTH, COVER ON WEAKNESS (LIKE MY BUDDY JD15 ALWAYS SAYS ...) OTHERWISE NO FILLS

ARGH!!! nice day but chased $REFG out the gate even though I KNEW it was a mistake ... fake breakout at .30 then panic, gladly didnt sell at the lows, but didnt have the patience for  proper rebound.
Then $PTX happened - from being up $40 ... i was stubborn and didnt take a small loss... which turned to a huge loss .. -$500 need to remember my rules ...
One positive is that my subsequent trades, while werent close to covering my losses at least i picked good entries and covers;
Other than that gappers worked well, up about $3100 today

$REFG chased out the gate for that .30 break - ended up a false breakout, dropped all the way to .25, sold half on a bounce to .28 rest 2.85 a very unnecessary -$350 blah this stinker then breaks 30 again and hits 33 ...
$AVTC 3.80 - mistake here is I wasnt waiting for vol to come in and just bought because it was green -$45
$HEMP tried here no fill

$FURX trying some here, lower highs (but higher lows, so small)

$AVTC flipped long to short, only filled 300 shares at 3.732 +$20
$GRNH tiny short as it's down 10% already -$10

$CBIS small at .25 

+$50 finally a decent short of these pot stocks big movers

$PTX not great r/r but i like the odds of a 10c drop

was looking good, didnt take small gain here

and then it spiked ...

and settled  a little so i wasnt worried, then it started spiking and hit 3. i didnt cover.
then this happened - i shorted a few at the top and covered the lot for -$500

hit 3.50 ..

tried again, small

out for +$15 it started consolidating higher

good covers

$PTX again 3.30, hit 3.18 but my covers were 3.16 ...

covered 3.20 for +$50

$CVV think this is going lower 15.30 risk, 15 target; really excruciating, spread 15x15.15 for ages, seems like no volume at all, trying to cover at the bid

covered 15, 14.97 +$100

$HEMP i took the few remaining .29s; covered .28 - didnt want to get stuck if it bounces off; well played, it did bounce off it +$80
