Good day overall - not a lot of opportunities, OTCs certainly weren't as active.
RE $MNKD tried to see the big picture and not panic over 10c moves and it worked largely ... need to do more of that and risk more when i see a pattern i recognise.
Happy with my +$1500ish today, although i need to squeeze more out of $MNKD type movers, as they don't come along too often

$STEV nice daily possibly could make n52s today or tomorrow if .30 holds +$166

$MCII re-instatement alerted on iu otc chat - insane buying something that's already up 300% but the o/s count IS really small and i've seen these move 1000% before; bought $1k or so at .0038 +$550 - couldn't stomach holding very long especially as it was rocky and not a lot of buyers ... sold for 50% .0055 avg, last time i checked it was .0082

spiked quickly on huge vol, added back on that spike 7.75
what a rollercoaster, covered 1k at 8 then reshored 7.9, and covered 7.5 and 7.3, over all up +$40

seen this pattern before, and it ended up in a big nose dive - so added another 500 shares. gulp.
covered those 500 at 7.06; holding rest of 7 test and continuation of fade, risk lowered to 7.25
should have had more faith in recognising this pattern and risk more ... covered 1/4 6.85, rest on a bounce 7.20 overall +$265
$KUTV $3 risk - target is a nice fade +$36
$STEV short - should really have waited for g/r for confirmation -$134
$BIOF 6.38 +$50
$PLUG chased some May $7 puts
$BLDP short on $PLUG dump, 4.90 risk +$359
$NRBT shorted the g/r +$40

Can you explain me what was your set up for STEV? Because I couldn't find a bearish pattern, only a bullish one . Thanks
ReplyDelete$STEV is a former pump and dump ticker, I personally dont think it's a genuine MJ company now. In any case the chart is overextended, and my rationale was it sees a sharp correction on a g/r move. I was wrong yesterday, hence I actually bought when it held green, but it still on watch for me for a g/r and sharp "correction" move
DeleteGood day PARABOL128. I want to open in IB, there are 2 tariff plan. What advise to trade on OTC. And what are using ECN for trading on OTC. What is the cost of these ECN? Thanks for the answer.
ReplyDeletebest to find out directly with IB - i'm not aware of any ECN fees with them; Stocks under $1 are generally expensive in IB. I'd recommend IB if you primarily trade big board stocks over $1. They are also decent for OTC borrows.
