Lessons:

• RE $JRJC NOT A GOOD PATTERN TO SHORT INTO - I SHOULD HAVE KEPT SIZE SMALL
• RESPECT THE DAMN RULES!!! BOTTOMING ACTION ON $CHTP YOU GET OUT AND WAIT FOR BETTER ENTRY
• IT'S OK TO LET A FEW TRADES PASS BY 
• STAY TOO FOCUSED ON ONE PLAY YOU MIGHT MISS FIVE OTHER GOOD ONES

Really struggled today - $CHTP was the main focus today, traded in and out so many times but since it tanked at the open I was never aggressive at the start which is a shame as I traded it well the first few hours, shorting on pops.
Second half I started to focus on $CHTP and make bad calls - rules were out the window and I suffered for it. I let 250 gain turn to 100 ... not awful but not respecting the rules on $CHTP and $JRJC really annoyed me today; more lessons to implement.
Other than $CHTP it seemed at least to me as if this was a slow day, so I'm happy to close $600ish up, gives me hope I can do this when things slow down too.

$JRJC not really fading but vol is and 7 snaps and i get 10-20c move; tiny position cause i dont trust it -$56 - angry at myself, said "tiny position" but then added 400 more and instead of losing $10 it's $50; bad pattern to fade - i should know that already

Grinders: 0/1 -$25

$OTIV missed the better entries but it's making higher highs and higher lows 4.10 risk 4.30 target -$25 made lower low

need to remember to actually use my stops and not get out on a whim

Shorts: 12/18 +$189

$NVAX on $BCRX weakness out the gate +$51 (two good trades three bad)
$MNI 4.71 plan to hold until 4.50s +$71 covered 4.59, 4.53< lod cover! -> checked now and wow what a bounce almost to green ... shows that it's ALWAYS good to book gains even if sometimes (most times) I moan about not staying with shorts/fades long enough

$CHTP shamefully collapsed at the open, shorted the bounce to 5.25 +$67 covered under $5
$CHTP again on pop to $5 shame small size covered 4.76 +$33
$CHTP gave it all back, it was holding 5 that was the exit sign -$100
$CHTP again will see if it can break above 5.26 - if so i'm out otherwise i'll add; it cracked, but 5 held so i got out +$60

$DTLK on chart risk 14.10, 13.70 target; shorted 14 added 14.10 -$25 grinding higher; DTLk tough luck it hit my target later 

$CHTP again looked set to curl

$CHTP flushed covered for another +$50

Will wait for better entry on a serious pop

no serious pop but a little curl 

got a little crack - will try to be patient this time, 5 stop and see if it crack that 4.80s support; out for +$30 at 4.82s, support seems to have held

 $CHTP again 4.82, covered half 4.58 for +$50 

$CHTP probably last time and in 4.40 looking for nlod tight stop; 

added some on in the 40s will stop out if breaks 50s, curretly looks toppy at 50

making higher lows, but also lower highs ... wish i had a better avg now as i'm too jumpy; if i didnt have gains already i'd probably take a small loss here

got squeezed a little but held as it hadnt broken previous high - huge seller at 2.50 i though would hold it down but it hadnt, 400k at thru in seconds I got worried but held and it dropped fast

covered most for b/e maybe down a $25 hoping to add higher; this time i gave most my gains back being stubborn when the pattern was clearly against me; emotion took control and i made some poor decisions

might add if fails to break 4.55 or 4.50 o/u - added at 4.55 knowing full well if it goes against me i wipe today's gains. will get out if it makes a new high; managed to not panic and covered for 10c to make back some of the previous losses - BAD TRADING ALL AROUND +$100 on the day $CHTP

 $VPCOD on negative news at 8 -$MCIG down 10% and it is still holding; covered half for -$50
