Ok day after a few poor trading days - made $230 on $MEIL, other than that made a few poor long trades that I need to cut down on.
I was bored so shorted $TTS after a negative Gotham tweet - that is something i know i shouldnt be doing yet i did it anyway.
Traded $FTR premarket which again, i know i shouldnt have and these two trades cost me $130;
Gappers: 2/2 +$86
$NENE +$14
$ONCS +$72
Longs: 0/1 -$70
$FTR premarket, no excuse for this trade, i was just bored and sitting in front of my machine. Bought 5 sold 4.83 when it tanked out the gate -$70
Faders: 3/3 +$115
$CLIR not the best setup but stock has been up huge past few days and now fading under 9; in 8.95 risk 9 target 8.50; literally one second later it hit 8.80 so i covered 1/3; it then sprung right back to 9 teaching me yet again to take profits when i have a quick 20c gain; covered rest for b/e as it was no longer fading $10
$CLIR did indeed keep fading - back in at 8.70 with 8.75 risk, 8.50 target out for $5
Grinders: 1/2 -$20
$FTR 4.79 with 4.90-5 target and 4.75 risk; out for b/e
Washouts: 1/1 +$2
$RMTI 10.20 with 10 risk 10.50+ target b/e
Shorts: 5/9 +$44
$CLIR on parabolic open 8.90 with 9 risk - covered on the 9 break -$23
$SCMP the same 8.40 with 8.50 risk b/e
$CCRN nice setup - 8.45 risk in at 8.40 -$46 it broke to nhods
$BIOD shorted lod 2.36 covered 2.41 -$110; had the right idea just bad timing and execution; didnt give myself any buffer
$TTS on gotham tweet - insanely stupid -$80
$BIOD made $30 back, this time was going to scale in but it dropped to fast so only got 500 shares 2.41 covered 2.34
$MEIL i said i wouldnt short and wait for the afternoon, but couldnt resist it even thought the r/r wasnt great at 4.75, but figured odds of it going down are higher than it testing 5 again; covered half 4.57 half 4.33 for $100
$MEIL this time 3.90 with 4 risk - covered 2/3 3.71 rest 3.8 as volume dried out completely +$130
$BIOD shorted 2.36 avg covered half 2.32-4 for $40
This setup more often then not fades into the close:
