Trades 03/06/15

Well, started the day awful with that $CDTI trade, luckily pounced on $BLFS and to lesser degree $LPTH to end up even. Going to call it quits for the day now.
My DAS platform was playing today, so no charts

--- read from the bit that says UPDATE onwards if you're read it this morning

Trades:

$CDTI I first shorted on a spike, then realised it was a PR, figured it would squeeze some shorts then I bought some and then got SPANKED, they released another pr about offering soon after and I was caught long 3000sh; damage could have been smaller had I stuck to my "no more than 500sh premarket" rule ... I then revenge shorted it on a bounce, added on a higher bounce with 2.40 risk; hoping for a flush out the gate rather than a pop. Yup, hoping is not a strategy, that's what a big loss does to you; made a few hundreds back on short

$BLFS didnt find it early unfortunately, chased some at 3 and sold 3.89 then bought on the 3.80s dips and sold 4.10

$LPTH popped on scanner, bought 1.75s sold in the 1.90s, really wanted that 2 break but it didnt come so sold some 1.80s

P&L:
Update:

$VLTC Made one more trade on $VLTC which took me to green on the day, now I'm really done

$VLTC traded it long twice more, first time no conviction, gave back some profits, second time worked better with more patience; traded a few more times off dips, did well, but didnt save any for the big eod move, had to chase tiny at 8 and sold 8.20  8.44 arghhhhhh, annoying as the rationale was to wait for eod buyers to push it higher, i was discouraged by all the failed 8 holds

$OHGI long on this 4 break with vol, then later again when it was holding 4, for potential eod run

$SMSI usually I buy these rumours, this time did the smart thing and shorted

$GBSN popped on scanner, probably chat room buy, shouldnt really have bought it, made sure to scalp quickly

Afternoon P&L:
