Trades 03/12/14

Undisciplined start for the day with two bad premarket trades that had set me back $200 and messed my game plan for the open. $VGGL bad entry wouldn't have happened for instance if it weren't for the bad mindset I was in.
Gladly I was able to bounce back rather quickly thanks to $SQNM $APT shorts and and $ISNS $DGLY longs; $XOMA $5 puts finally paid off too

Longs: 

$MOLG looked bullish in pre, again f*cked up with premarket trading

$DGLY on news, only 100sh but caught $1 move

$ISNS on $DGLY news

$VII tried on $DGLY pop late in the day, but then DGLY sh*t itself, so had to scrap it for a small loss 

Shorts: 

$VGGL bad avg to start with, added on strength. it went r/g on me, if green stabilized i'd get out; it came back, got lucky here, stupid first entry messed up what could have been  a good trade

$APT on $LAKE weakness

$IDRA trend break; great entry, shame i got spooked by a small bounced, was too focused on other plays

$SQNM traded it long and short - long in premarket as it looked like it was breaking trend and going higher, but i got stuffed (shouldn't have traded it in pre) once I got out of the long position i shorted and covered on dips, made a good trade

$XOMA shorted expecting a fade; worked well
